Glass House Estate Winery is situated in the beautiful farm country of South Langley BC, as well as closest region to Vancouver International Airport.
This estate is known as a Family run company with 60 years history in greenhouse experience in The Netherlands. In 1983, Arthur, Ingrid & their 3 daughters immigrated to Langley, and develop over 20 years many greenhouse projects in Canada and Internationally.
In 2004, they sold their last project for a Christmas Tree farm which is now became the Glass House Estate Winery. In 2012, they cleared 8 acres of the farm and turned into a single vineyard Ingrid got her level 4 WSET diploma in Wine & spirits, she is basically a wine master. In 2015, a European winemaker came onboard to develop a winemaking protocol which is based on using only free run juices and showcasing each varietal’s best characteristics.
The building is a beautiful Glass House as you can see on the picture, this building captures the reflection of the land and sky, the doors open and guide you to wine bar and tasting room with a large view and open on the vineyard. One of the most beautiful of the Langley wineries and the Fraser Valley wine region.
